How to replace MacBook Pro "Core 2 Duo" 2.4 13" Mid-2010 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo (P8600) Logic Board.


1. Use iFixit #0 Phillips Screwdriver to remove the 10 screws on the bottom of the Mac to remove the botom cover.

2. Disconnect the battery, then unscrew the 3 T6 screws on the fan, disconnect the fan and remove it.

3. Disconnect the speaker, Wifi cable, optical drive, hard drive, track pad, keyboard, keyboard backlight, battery light indicator, and LVDS cable.

4. Unscrew 7 T6 screws on the Logic Board, then remove the LVDS bracket with the #0 Phillips Screwdriver. Separate the glued speaker under the LVDS bracket.

5. Now carefully flip over the Logic Board and disconnect the DC in power board. Then you can remove the Logic Board.
